Our team is looking for a Card Product Specialist to join us in shaping innovative payment solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in every step of the creation, development, and management of card and other payment products. At Aircash, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of how payments work across platforms and markets, and contribute to solutions that users rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks related to the issuing of Aircash Mastercard cards, as well as the daily management of the Aircash card portfolio across different markets
- Develop new products and functionalities related to Aircash and card operations
- Monitor the performance of card products and associated technical systems, including their impact on profitability and user experience
- Conduct activities related to card production and personalization, certification of new products or systems, modifications or improvements to internal IT systems, and integration with external processor systems
- Create functional specifications for modifying existing products or developing new features
- Prepare various weekly, monthly, and long-term reports, plans, analyses, and projections
Qualifications you bring:
- University degree with background in natural sciences, mathematics, economy or other relevant field, any additional specific knowledge or skill is considered a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in developing payment card products or managing card portfolios, or relevant exposure to areas such as chargeback handling, fraud monitoring, e-commerce, or digital channels
- Familiarity with terms such as authorization, authentication, transaction, reversal, complaint, BIN, PAN, CVV, 3DS, contactless, EMV, POS, ATM, PSD2, SCA, etc.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with a strong desire to further develop your skills
- You approach tasks proactively and independently, easily shifting focus when priorities change
- You're comfortable with both creative and routine work, and always deliver reliably, accurately and on time
