OBAVIJEST O OBRADI PODATAKA KANDIDATA U SELEKCIJSKOM POSTUPKU
Uvod
Kroz ovu obavijest Aircash d.o.o. (dalje u tekstu: Aircash) kao potencijalni poslodavac informira kandidate koji su se prijavili na objavljene natječaje za posao o svrhama i sredstvima obrade osobnih podataka te o dostupnim pravima.
Aircash je voditelj obrade osobnih podataka te prikuplja i obrađuje osobne podatke kandidata u skladu s Općom uredbom o zaštiti podataka EU 2016/679 (GDPR).
Za potrebe objave oglasa za radno mjesto i prikupljanje prijava kandidata Aircash koristi platformu Talentlyft, u vlasništvu društva AdoptoTech d.o.o., s kojim je sklopljen poseban ugovor o obradi i zaštiti osobnih podataka.
U navedene svrhe obrađuju se podaci koji su nužni za provedbu natječaja za određeno radno mjesto i odabir najboljeg kandidata, npr. osnovne identifikacijske podatke, podatke o kvalifikacijama, stečenom zvanju i radnom iskustvu.
Također, Aircash prikuplja i druge relevantne informacije o Vašem radnom iskustvu i profesionalnom djelovanju putem poslovnih društvenih mreža ili drugih javno dostupnih izvora ako ste u prijavi dostavili poveznice na predmetne profile ili mrežne stranice, kao i druge informacije koje ste nam dobrovoljno pružili (životopis i motivacijsko pismo).
Nakon prve faze natječajnog postupka, ukoliko ste zadovoljili uvjete, bit ćete pozvani na psihološko testiranje koje ima za cilj utvrditi osnovne karakteristike ličnosti i kognitivne sposobnosti.
S obzirom na to da kandidati testiranju pristupaju online, u svrhe potvrde vjerodostojnosti testiranja, odnosno utvrđivanja prisutnosti i identiteta kandidata, testiranje se može fotografirati.
Pozivnica za testiranje može sadržavati i opciju snimanja odgovora kojima se kandidati predstavljaju. Snimke odgovora kandidata kao i moguće fotografije tijekom testiranja, pohranjuju se 108 dana.
Rezultati psihološkog testiranja čuvaju se najviše 6 mjeseci od dana završetka testiranja, uz mogućnost ranijeg brisanja na zahtjev testiranog kandidata.
U svrhe provedbe selekcijskog postupka (psihološko testiranje, predstavljanje kandidata) Aircash koristi usluge društva Selekcija d.o.o. s kojim je sklopljen poseban ugovor o obradi i zaštiti podataka.
Navedene svrhe obrade osobnih podataka zakonite su s obzirom da je obrada nužna za potrebe legitimnih interesa Aircasha (predstavljanje kandidata, procjena sposobnosti za obavljanje poslova za oglašeno radno mjesto, potvrda vjerodostojnosti testiranja) i provođenje radnji koje prethode sklapanju ugovora o radu.
Ako budete izabrani kao najbolji kandidat za određeno radno mjesto i prihvatite ponuđene uvjete, od Vas ćemo zatražiti dodatne osobne podatke u svrhe sklapanja ugovora o radu te u svrhe ispunjavanja pravnih obveza kojima kao poslodavac podliježe Aircash.

NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF CANDIDATES’ PERSONAL DATA IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Introduction
By this notice, Aircash d.o.o. (hereinafter: Aircash), as a prospective employer, informs candidates applying for advertised job vacancies about the purposes and means of processing their personal data, as well as about their rights.
Aircash is the controller of personal data and collects and processes candidates’ personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).
For the purpose of publishing job advertisements and collecting applications, Aircash uses the platform Talentlyft, owned by the company AdoptoTech d.o.o, with whom a separate data processing and data protection agreement has been concluded.
For these purposes, the personal data necessary for conducting the recruitment procedure and selecting the most suitable candidate are processed, such as basic identification details, information on qualifications, degrees, and professional experience.
Aircash may also collect other relevant information about your professional background from business social networks or other publicly available sources, if you provided links to such profiles or websites in your application, as well as any additional information you have voluntarily provided (CV, cover letter).
Following the initial stage of the recruitment process, if you meet the requirements, you may be invited to undergo psychological testing aimed at assessing basic personality traits and cognitive abilities.
As the testing is conducted online, photographs may be taken to confirm the authenticity of the testing and to verify the candidate’s presence and identity. The test invitation may also include the option of recording your answers as part of the candidate presentations. Such recordings and photographs, if taken, are stored for 108 days.
The results of psychological testing are retained for no longer than six months from the date of completion of the testing, subject to earlier deletion at the request of the tested candidate.
For the purpose of conducting the recruitment process (psychological testing, candidate presentations), Aircash engages the services of the company Selekcija d.o.o., with whom a specific data processing and protection agreement has been concluded.
The above purposes of processing are lawful, as the processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of Aircash (candidate presentation, assessment of suitability for the advertised role, verification of the authenticity of testing) and for taking steps at the request of the candidate prior to entering into an employment contract.
If you are selected as the most suitable candidate for the advertised position and accept the offered terms, we will request additional personal data from you for the purpose of concluding an employment contract and fulfilling the legal obligations to which Aircash is subject as an employer.
