At Aircash, you’ll connect people, ideas, and tech – balancing creativity and structure while driving products that make everyday payments seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the market and track trends in the fintech industry, both locally and globally
- Define and manage the end-to-end (E2E) product development roadmap, including performance tracking
- Own and manage the product development backlog
- Actively collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders relevant to the product
- Ensure regulatory compliance in cooperation with the relevant teams
- Manage the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Coordinate external vendors involved in product development
- Oversee product design coordination for products within your responsibility
- Ensure timely delivery in collaboration with the development team
- Monitor product analytics and make or propose data-driven decisions
Qualifications you bring:
The most important thing is that you bring a positive, responsible approach to your work, helping the team stay focused and motivated. You tackle tasks proactively and independently, while knowing when to ask for guidance or offer support to others. In a fast-moving environment with multiple projects, you adapt quickly, make smart decisions on the fly, and handle both creative challenges and routine tasks with reliability and accuracy.
Curious and eager to learn, you explore new tools and apps, especially mobile and financial applications, understanding how things work behind the scenes and bringing that insight back to the team to help build better products.
You also need to:
- Be familiar with agile methodologies
- Have experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing tasks
- Have a basic understanding of UX/UI principles and product design
- Possess strong analytical skills and be able to make data-driven decisions
- Preferably understand the fintech/financial industry and market trends
- Be comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
