We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Senior CRM Specialist to own the CRM lifecycle across more than ten markets. This isn't about sending newsletters. It's about turning raw user data into experiences that move the needle, campaigns that pull users in and keep them coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running CRM campaigns across the full user lifecycle — acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation — across 10+ markets, each with its own rhythm and audience
  • Building automated CRM journeys, triggers, and A/B tests across email, SMS, and other channels — the kind that run smart and scale effortlessly
  • Defining and building user segmentations hand-in-hand with the Data team, so the right message always finds the right user
  • Measuring the incremental impact of every campaign and running post-campaign performance analyses to see what truly moved the needle
  • Turning campaign learnings into follow-up tests that sharpen what works
  • Translating business goals into actionable CRM plans and communicating results clearly to stakeholders across the business
  • Staying ahead of the curve on CRM trends, AI tools, and tactics, and bringing the best ones into play

Qualifications you bring:

  • A user-first mindset paired with an appetite for innovation — you love exploring AI and emerging methods, and you're always looking for the next way to level up the user experience
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in fintech or e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Webpower, SFMC, Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo
  • Proven experience designing segmentations, running A/B tests, and working with pre-built user segments and control groups
  • Strong command of English, written and spoken
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the ease to juggle multiple markets and campaigns at once
  • Proactive and ready to roll up your sleeves, with genuine team spirit and the instinct to share what you know as you go
  • Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker will be considered a plus
